A 12-MONTH PROGRAM DESIGNED TO BE DO-ABLE.

Specifically designed for high-capacity leaders to fit their busy lives. - Like a Round of Golf
Depending on availability, pace, and intensity, Fellows typically invest 4 to 6 hours per month, aside from in-person* and virtual connections. - Time Neutral
Your Halftime Certified Coach works with you to create more margin and help take things off your plate so that this commitment can be time-neutral.
One of the benefits was pairing back. We were spread thin and modeling an unhealthy amount of stress to our children. The Fellows Program allowed us to be more focused and purposeful.

My life before was focused on building a business, probably (in hindsight) at the expense of my relationships with my family and my wife. The Halftime Fellows Program gave me a structure and a framework to really dig deep to figure out who I want to be as a husband and a father, and to really approach my relationships in an intentional way.
